But my friend recommended I tried Undeez right after my vasectomy, so I placed the order a few days before the procedure, and order came in a nice nimble and sleek package 2 days after I ordered. The underwear I ordered (L for a 36 waist) fit perfectly and the two ice packs have some malleability to it , so it doesn't feel like you have a rock in front of your soldiers. These briefs were comfortable and allowed us to switch out the ice packs consistently because it came with two. He was never without a cold one right on his package. The definitely sped up the healing. We are passed the icing part but still thinks they are SUPER comfortable and will use them for workouts and on hot and sweaty days in his wood shop. 10/10

This under ware is comfortable and doesn’t have a seem where it’s most sensitive after testicular surgery. The ice pack keeps things cool and helps with post surgery swelling.

I bought these and got them in the day before my vasectomy. They are comfortable and fantastic. The ice pack pouch is fantastic! I was able to relax on the couch and let my boys rest on some ice while they healed. I’m still healing but they were a godsend for the first couple of days. Once they’ve served their purpose, they are a great pair of boxer briefs to add to your underwear drawer. Great quality also. Get these if you plan on getting a snip job. They work as intended!

It’s nice to know your goods are in good hands, and how true it is with these UNDEEZ. Got em in prep for the fateful day that men dread, but stayed for their use in compression! Already being a briefs guy, these have the cradle you need plus the comfort you love. And the ice pack’s INGENIOUS both for the snip and when one of your older kids chucks a toy at your boys. When the day comes, you will be stoked to have Undeez. Comfortable material. Have your ice packs cold ahead of time and keep them in constant rotation. If you’re in between sizes go with larger one for more flexible ice pack placement. Squeeze the gel into a form fitting pack to fit around your junk and before sliding into the pocket and you will be glad you did.
